What to Expect at Your Appointment
Check In
When you arrive, a service advisor will greet you, confirm the services being performed, and answer any questions. If you are dropping off before hours, use our key drop box at the service entrance.
Vehicle Inspection
Your technician performs the requested service along with a complimentary multi-point inspection. If any additional issues are found, your advisor will call you with a recommendation and cost estimate before proceeding.
Service Complete
When your vehicle is ready, you will receive a notification. Pick up at the service desk, review the work performed, and pay at checkout. We accept all major credit cards and offer Ford service financing on qualifying repairs.
