Tire FAQs

Does McDonald Ford price match on tires?

Yes. Ask about our Low Price Tire Guarantee — we’ll match qualifying competitor pricing on the same tire so you get a great deal and expert installation in one stop.

Do I need an appointment for tires?

You can schedule online, or visit our Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center for many tire services with no appointment needed during business hours.

How do I know what tire size I need?

Your tire size is on the driver’s door-jamb sticker and the sidewall of your current tires (e.g., 245/70R17). Bring it in or call us and we’ll confirm the right fit.

When should I replace my tires?

Replace tires when tread is worn to 2/32" (use the penny test), if you see cracking or bulges, or after about 6 years regardless of tread. We’ll inspect them free with any service.
